The short version: This guide will have mistakes in it, and the people who know best are the ones who run these systems every day. If something here is wrong, out of date or missing credit, tell us and we will fix it and log the change below with the date.

Email hello@thirdpolararch.com with the section, the sentence, what is wrong, and a source if you have one. If you work on the system in question - in a utility, a public works yard, a transit agency, a dispatch center or a city hall - say so; first-hand accounts are welcome, and we will cite them only with your permission.
We fix errors of fact, broken links, missing or wrong credit, and anything out of date. Arguments about policy stay out of scope, but we will fix any place where we stated one side as fact.
